Shipping Information

Most orders ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

US domestic delivery time for Priority Mail is 1-3 days. UPS Ground is 1-5 days. UPS next day and 2nd day is also available.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges unless there is an error or defect in the product. In that case we will refund or replace the items as quickly as possible.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and it is our approach on each project to "do it once and do it right".

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
